Once handed over to the carrier, delivery may take up to one week. The carrier will be instructed to arrange a delivery date with you. As is customary, delivery is always kerbside only – transport into your home or assembly of the goods is NOT included. Please inspect the goods upon receipt. Please note any defects in detail on the delivery note. We will then endeavour to send you a replacement part as soon as possible or issue a credit note. Please never refuse delivery.
