Das Sofa gefällt uns eigentlich ganz gut.Was uns allerdings stört sind die vielen Falten in einer Kopfstütze die sich auch bis zum nächsten Tag nicht gegeben haben.Außerdem ist uns nach dem ersten Abend den wir auf dem Sofa gesessen haben aufgefallen das schon eine Beule im Leder zu sehen war,und die auch bis zum nächsten Morgen nicht weg war.Wir werden mal sehen,was die nächsten Tage bringen.Ich halte die nächsten Tage auf jeden Fall mal mit dem Handy fest.Das wäre wirklich schlimm wenn das schon nach einem Tag zu sehen wäre,und auch nicht in Ordnung.Über Ihren Kundenservice möchte ich noch folgendes sagen.SEHR GUT
