What could be better than a relaxing spot in the sun? Unfortunately, nature’s creativity knows no bounds when it comes to ruining a lovely day outdoors. But what if you had a comprehensive range of strategic countermeasures at your disposal? Is the sun beating down mercilessly or has it started to drizzle? No problem – the roof and side panels provide excellent protection from the scorching midday sun. A fresh breeze picking up? No problem – thanks to the flexible side panels, you’re protected from wind, sun and prying eyes at any time of day.

Volcanic eruptions, tornadoes or earthquakes? No problem, as such phenomena occur only extremely rarely in our latitudes. Nevertheless, as a precaution, we must point out that a tensioned roof in particular is not suitable for storms, heavy rain, hail, snow, tornadoes and indeed volcanic eruptions, and we cannot accept any liability for this.

Thanks to the integrated drainage eyelets, rainwater cannot accumulate on the roof and lead to unwanted flash floods. This means the pergola is even better prepared for rain showers. As a general rule, we recommend removing the roof before heavy rain showers. We must also point out that the cover must be removed in snowy conditions, as the roof struts are not designed to bear this load. The pergola is assembled using screws. These are made of steel and, as they are screws, cannot be powder-coated. Consequently, they will rust over time under normal weather conditions. However, this rust usually only becomes visible when the roof is dismantled. If this is a concern, you can easily remove the rust using standard rust removers available from retailers.

Once handed over to the carrier, delivery may take up to two weeks. The carrier will be instructed to arrange a delivery date with you. As usual, delivery is always kerbside only – transport into your home or assembly of the goods is NOT included. Please inspect the goods upon receipt. Please note any defects in detail on the delivery note. We will then endeavour to send you a replacement part as soon as possible or issue a refund. Please never refuse delivery.
