3. This product is a direct cooling refrigerator (also known as natural convection cooling). When the compressor starts or operates, the refrigerant circulates between the evaporator and condenser. During this process, the rapid transition from gas to liquid of the refrigerant produces a slight whistling or airflow noise. This is normal; the noise is more noticeable when the compressor starts and stops.

4. It is possible that white insulating foam residues may spill out from the bottom of the refrigerator; this is also normal.
