Ik heb deze bank gekocht bij Vente-unique en ik wil heel duidelijk zijn: het product en de kwaliteit zijn uitstekend. De bank is mooi, comfortabel, goed afgewerkt en komt precies overeen met de foto’s (of is zelfs nog beter).
Als alles correct wordt geleverd, is de aankoop 100% perfect — ik raad het zonder twijfel aan.
In mijn geval was er een fout in de levering (ik ontving de linkerzijde in plaats van de rechterzijde), en daar begon het probleem.
De klantenservice is extreem traag, met reacties om de 24 uur, waardoor een eenvoudig probleem onnodig lang en frustrerend wordt. Wat in een paar dagen opgelost had kunnen worden, duurde uiteindelijk ongeveer drie weken. In die periode kon ik de bank niet goed gebruiken.

Canape au top Par contre gros bémol sur la livraison a 159 euros qui ne s est pas bien passée avec des livreurs d abîmer les murs ou les marches en emmenant le vieux canapé....
