Le canapé est très beau, facile à ouvrir et fermer, la notice est mal expliqué mais le montage a 2 se fait assez rapidement. Concernant le matelas il est indiqué 13cm or il fait 10 à 11cm en réalité (pas de retour du SAV jusqu’à ce jour), j’avais coché l’option reprise de mon ancien canapé mais eux ne l’avait pas et ont refusé la reprise donc je me suis retrouvé avec 2 canapés emballés. Bilan mitigé.
