Description
SILENE creates an illusion. Rectangles nested within one another, from the edge towards the centre, giving the impression of looking at a three-dimensional rug, as though the surface itself had depth. Laid on the floor, the effect is immediate and striking, and shifts depending on where you stand in the room.
Hand-tufted in 100% pure wool, it is the material itself that creates this effect: simple geometric patterns and an interplay of light across a carefully crafted surface. A single tone, yet a surface that truly comes alive.
With a weight of 2000g/m², it is dense and comfortable underfoot, as pleasant for everyday use as it is beautiful to behold. Naturally soft and insulating, wool ensures excellent durability over time, even in the most heavily used living areas.
To preserve its appearance, clean with a slightly damp cloth and a mild soap, without rubbing, and leave to air dry.
