Customer reviews
TV unit with 4 doors and 2 shelves - Light natural and white - CEDONA - Purchase date: 27 September 2026
I do not recommend this store!
The TV cabinet arrived damaged in two places, and I informed the store about the damage immediately. It has now been two weeks, and I still haven't received any proper help or a solution to my problem.
The customer service is absolutely terrible. They send me just one message a day, and when I reply, I have to wait until the next day for another response. They then claim that they haven't received my message. The whole communication process is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
I am very disappointed with both the condition of the product and the customer service. Instead of resolving the issue quickly, I have been wasting my time going back and forth with them for two weeks, and nothing has been done to resolve my complaint.
I honestly do not recommend buying from this website.
