What are the delivery charges?

At Vente-unique, we display the true cost of shipping — delivery fees are never hidden within the price of our products! These fees vary depending on: the weight and volume of your items, the delivery method selected (parcel post, doorstep delivery, delivery to the room of your choice, etc.), and your delivery address (city centre, rural area, upper floor without a lift, etc.). ✅ The exact amount is displayed directly in your shopping basket before you confirm your order. 💡For example, delivering a large corner sofa requires: multiple parcels, each weighing over 50 kg, at least two delivery personnel, and a considerable amount of space in the vehicle! 👉 As a result, the delivery cost is proportionate to the logistical resources required to ensure your items arrive safely at your door. Did you place your order with a partner seller (Marketplace)? Delivery fees are set by each individual seller, which may account for variations in charges depending on the partner from whom you are purchasing.

Why are the shipping fees so high?

🎯 At Vente-unique, we believe in complete transparency: We do not conceal delivery costs within the price of our products. 👉 This means you see the true price of the product and the true cost of delivery. What your delivery charges cover: 📦 reinforced packaging to protect your items, 👷 handling by professional delivery personnel, 🚛 transportation from our warehouses directly to your door In short: you pay only for what is necessary — nothing more, nothing less ✔️

Are shipping costs subject to volume discounts?

📦 Combined delivery = guaranteed savings! If you order several items that can be shipped together, we offer a combined delivery option to help reduce shipping costs. This option will be automatically presented to you at step 3 of the checkout process, whenever it is available. 👉 Please note that certain products, including oversized items, accessories, or items sold by our partner sellers, may not be eligible for combined delivery.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Delivery charges cover in particular:\n\n- the packaging and handling of products\n- transportation from our warehouse\n- scheduling a delivery appointment with the carrier\n- home delivery according to the service option selected\n\n👉 The exact amount is always displayed before you confirm your order.
