What is the furniture eco-participation fee?

♻️ The furniture eco-contribution is a small mandatory charge applied to every piece of furniture sold in France 🇫🇷. 💡 Its purpose? To fund the collection, recycling, and reuse of end-of-life furniture. In practice: It is added to the selling price of the product and is clearly and transparently displayed on our product pages. Vente-unique then passes the full amount on to the approved organisation Eco-mobilier, which oversees the sorting, refurbishment, and recycling of used furniture. 👉 By contributing to this eco-participation scheme, you are directly helping to reduce waste and give your old furniture a second life. 🌱
