The product I want to buy is no longer available on the site

We regularly renew our range to offer products that meet the wishes of our customers and match current trends. It is therefore possible that a particular product is no longer for sale on our site.

It is also possible that your product is intended for a Flash Sale, and that this Flash Sale has not yet started. In this case, the item is temporarily withdrawn from sale. Don't hesitate to consult the "upcoming Flash Sales" page.

The product I want to buy has a waiting list

If the available stock is sold out, you can sign up for the waiting list. If you are on the waiting list, your request is registered and you will receive an email as soon as the product is available for sale again.

Please note, the waiting list is not a reservation list and the stock is limited. So don't wait too long to visit our site as soon as you receive the email, because first come, first served!

I'm on the waiting list, can I order the product?

We cannot reserve products for customers and the available stock for each item is limited. Signing up for the waiting list only means that you will be notified when an additional quantity of the item becomes available, but this does not guarantee the reservation of the product for you.

We send an email to all customers who are on the waiting list. So don't wait too long to visit our site as soon as you receive the email, because first come, first served!

If my product becomes available again, will it be at the same price?

Vente-unique.ie lets you enjoy the best prices on all products.

However, our prices may be changed without prior notice. When your product becomes available again, the price may be different from when you signed up for the waiting list.

The advantage is that our prices vary in both directions. So it is also possible that the price of the product for which you signed up for the waiting list has dropped!

I received an email that the stock is available again, but I can't order

If you received an email that the stock is available again but you can't order, it is possible that other customers were faster than you and the stock is temporarily sold out again.

The stock of each item is limited and we unfortunately cannot reserve a product for you. Signing up for the waiting list ensures that you will be notified as soon as new stock is available, but this does not guarantee the reservation of the product for you.

As soon as the product is available again, we will send you a new email to notify you.

Do I have a warranty on the products?

For the items you purchase from us, the statutory warranty applies. Statutory warranty means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. The manufacturer's warranty does not affect the statutory warranty. Vente-unique.ie also offers on all its products a manufacturer's warranty against any aesthetic or functional damage resulting from defects or hidden faults for a period of 2 years.

Are the prices inclusive of VAT?

All prices stated on the site Vente-unique.ie are expressed inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) and excluding delivery costs. Delivery costs are specified in the shopping cart and are confirmed during the validation of the order. Delivery costs are paid at the end of the order and are added to the price of the ordered goods.
