What is the referral programme?

You probably know someone in your circle who is interested in our offers...
Thanks to the referral programme, you will be rewarded for each new customer you bring in.

You earn gift points as soon as your referrals place their first order. The points earned can be converted into vouchers valid at Vente-unique.ie.

I want to refer someone, what should I do?

You can refer your friends and family by sending them an email:

• In your account (log in if necessary), go to the "referral programme" section and "refer new customers".
• Enter the email addresses of your referrals in the designated fields.
• Click on the "confirm" button to confirm sending the emails.
• For each of your referrals who signs up, you will receive a confirmation email.

Each of your referrals will receive an email to sign up for Vente-unique.ie thanks to you.

Your friends must sign up with your email address in the designated field. If they don't, we won't be able to attribute the referrals to you.

If you are logged into your Vente-unique.ie account, you also have the option to quickly refer your friends by entering their email address in the designated field on the "Vouchers / referral programme" page.

Vente-unique.ie respects your privacy and that of your friends. Under no circumstances do we sign up your friends without their express consent. We also only use their emails to send referral invitations, as long as they are not signed up for Vente-unique.ie.

How do I get vouchers with the referral programme?

Our very advantageous referral programme ensures that you receive referral points that you can convert into vouchers. You receive points on the first purchase of each of your referrals on our website. The number of points depends on the amount of your referral's order.

The points are credited to your account 30 days after the delivery of your referral's order.

If you want to use a referral voucher, you can convert your points where 1 point = €1 in vouchers. This way you can enjoy vouchers between €10 and €50 per referral. You can accumulate points to get larger vouchers.

To convert your points into vouchers, go to the "vouchers / referral programme" section in your customer account (log in if necessary).

Please note that to receive a voucher on your referral's order, they must be signed up on our website with your email address in the designated field. Otherwise, we will not be able to attribute the referral points to you.

I referred someone but didn't receive any gift points!

It is possible that your referral forgot to enter your email address in the designated field when signing up. To check if your friend is registered as a referral, go to your customer account (log in if necessary) in the "referral programme" section. If your friend is not listed there, we cannot attribute the referral points to you.

If your friend does appear on your list of referrals, it may be that you have not yet received the points due to the duration of the referral points confirmation. To ensure that your referral's order is confirmed, we only credit the points to your account 30 days after the delivery of their order.

How can I use a voucher?

To use a voucher, simply enter its code in your shopping cart in the "Use a discount code?" field and click on "Recalculate" to confirm the code. The amount of the voucher will be directly deducted from the amount of your order.
