This product is delivered by lorry, please take the necessary measures to transport it yourself to the place of use.

Before placing your order, please check that the products can be delivered without problems: carefully measure the dimensions of your doors, stairwell and lift.

You will be contacted once the order has been received by the carrier. You can change the appointment until midnight the day before delivery.

Delivery takes place from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 22:00.

These products are delivered directly from the lorry. Depending on accessibility and parking availability, the driver will do their best to park the lorry as close to you as possible.

This may seem obvious to you, but it is particularly important: you must be present at the agreed day and time to receive the order!

Each new delivery will be charged by vente-unique.ie if it is due to unjustified absence of the customer.

For any return of a product (except sofas), we ask you to return the products in their original packaging.

So keep them safe!

Following your delivery, you will receive an email with a satisfaction questionnaire.
