      For each product, the right service!

      The proposed delivery methods depend on the type of product you have ordered: these will be explained to you when placing your order.
      If you have ordered multiple products, there is a chance that these will be delivered to you by different carriers, to offer you the most favourable delivery time.

      The product is delivered by parcel post
      1Delivery

      Delivery takes place at home. The carrier will inform you of the delivery date in advance and give you the option to change it or choose delivery to a collection point.

      A first delivery attempt will be made. If you are absent, a delivery notification will be left in your letterbox announcing a second attempt for personal handover the next day. If we are unable to deliver, the parcel will be left at a collection point. You then have 8 working days to collect it, upon presentation of proof of identity and your delivery notification.

      You can track the progress of your delivery in your account.

      2Packaging

      For any return of a product (except sofas), we ask you to return the products in their original packaging.

      So keep them safe!

      If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it and request a refund (excluding delivery costs). Always handy if you change your mind!
